30-Day Return Window: You've got 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Yep, you read that right - a whole month to make sure you're completely satisfied.
Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a return, your item must be in tip-top shape, just like when you received it. That means unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don't forget your receipt or proof of purchase - it's your ticket to hassle-free returns.
Starting a Return: Ready to send something back? Just shoot us an email at info@lionspeak.nl, and we'll get the ball rolling. We'll provide you with the address to send your return to - easy peasy.
Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we'll hook you up with a return shipping label and clear instructions on where and how to send your package. Please remember, we can only accept returns that have been requested in advance.
